Filing with ROC
Every company registered under the Companies Act or every Limited Liability Partnership registered under the LLP Act has to mandatorily file certain form time to time with the Registrar of Companies. These forms can be easily filed at mca.gov.in.
Some of the common forms to be filed with the Registrar of Companies are:
- ADT 1- Auditor appointment
- AOC 4- Annual Financial Statements and Balance Sheet
- MGT 7- Annual Return
- DIR 3 eKYC- KYC details of all the directors
